I. Hexagon Head Nut
1. What is an external hexagon nut?
An external hexagon nut is a type of nut with a hexagonal shape. It is mainly used in conjunction with bolts and screws to achieve the function of connecting and fastening. According to nominal thickness, it is divided into three types: Type I, Type II, and thin type. Type I and Type II nuts for grade 8 and above are divided into two types: Type I and Type II. Type I nuts are further divided into three grades: A, B, and C.
2. Application Scenarios
Type A and Type B nuts are suitable for machines, equipment, and structures with relatively low surface roughness and high precision requirements. Type C nuts are used in machines, equipment, or structures with relatively rough surfaces and lower precision requirements. Type II hexagon nuts are thicker in thickness and are mostly used in occasions where frequent assembly and disassembly are required.

II. Square Head Nut
1. What is a square head nut?
Due to its square shape, it is also called a square head nut, or a square or四方-shaped nut. A square head nut is one type of welding nut. It is made by melting a certain metal at high temperature and welding it between two products to achieve a fastening effect.
2. Application Scenarios
This connection has a good fastening effect and is unlikely to loosen easily. It is widely used in road traffic, home building materials and other industries. It almost covers all the fastening requirements in various fields and is one of the common mechanical fasteners.
