Finish / Colours

Zinc Plated : We do zinc plating to produce corrosion-resistant conical washers. The zinc coating acts as a kind of sacrifice, which gets corroded before the corrosion reaches the actual material.
Mechanical Galvanized : In mechanical galvanizing, we apply a thick coat of zinc is applied without electricity (as in electroplating) and perform the process at room temperature. Our production process is known for its uniform thickness and consistency between batches.
Natural Black : We provide the black finish by coating the conical washer with black oxide. We do this to improve resistance to corrosion and to minimize light reflection. The major advantage of this coating is the minimal build up when compared to other coatings.
Hot Dip Galvanized (HDG) : Hot Dip galvanizing is one of the oldest and most prevalently used methods of coating that we use. Here, we clean the washer and dip it in a flux tank containing zinc ammonium chloride, which helps in coating the zinc onto the washer.
TYPES OF WASHERS
Some of the most common types of non-metallic washers include:
Countersunk washers: These washers are commonly used on consumer goods because of its shape, a flat or oval head that is integrated with the assembly, the washer is flush with its matching surface.
Flat washers: These washers are the default option for common and industrial applications and can be used as spacers in consumer assemblies. They are strong, can maintain heavy loads, and are designed to not generate too much heat or friction when tightened into place.
Lock washers
These washers are designed to reinforce the connection to the nut and bolt around each piece. They’re commonly used in assemblies that generate a lot of vibration.
Tab washers
Tab washers click or notch into place for a more permanent placement in extreme environments.
Shoulder washers
These washers feature nylon or other non-conductive material to insulate parts in electrical or electronic assemblies.
Spring washers

Quality Control
Incoming material control
We carry out strict incoming material control by conducting dimensional tests on each batch of raw materials and checking the raw material reports from the steel mills. This ensures that the raw materials we use are within specification and provide a reliable basis for production.
First part control
After the mold assembly is completed, we conduct a thorough inspection of the first production part and make detailed records. Only qualified first parts can be released to start mass production. This step ensures that the quality of the product meets the standard at the beginning.
Self-inspection by workers during mass production
In the mass production process, we require the workers of each machine to carry out self-inspection every hour. If any substandard product is found, we will immediately pick or scrap the production within this hour until the problem is solved and meets the standard of conformity, and then we can continue the production. This self-inspection mechanism helps to find and solve problems in time during the production process.
QC inspection during mass production
In addition, every two hours, the quality inspection personnel will carry out random inspection on the products of each machine. Only qualified products can continue to flow into the next production stage. If non-conforming products are found, we will take the same selection or scrapping measures and ensure that the problem is properly handled. This helps provide additional quality assurance.
Finished product control
Finally, after each batch of finished product is made, we conduct random inspections in proportion to the order. Qualified products will be packaged and put into storage, while unqualified products will be returned for further analysis and rectification. We insist on ensuring that the quality of our products meets high standards so that we can provide reliable products to our customers.
Non-conforming goods management
