Benefit:
Ordinary bolt heads are very thick and difficult to deform. If vibration occurs after installation, it needs to be tightened again; the flange with a thin part can be slightly deformed and can be locked more firmly. If you go to the hole, ordinary bolts can’t use tools. The head of the flange bolt is small, and the lower flange still plays a role in fastening, but it can be used to go into the hole with a special tool. The principle of hexagon bolts is about the same. Then there is the flange top pad for use, which is safer on softer, non-wearing materials and will not cause perforation.
