Cut off the high excess part, and re-process the thread; when the bolt is low and the difference is less than 15mm, burn the bolt red with an oxyacetylene flame, and then stretch it.
2. The anchor bolts are loose inside
When the bolt is loose, the bolt should be knocked back to its original position, and the hole of the foundation should be shoveled into a shape with a large middle and a small end. Then two long and horizontal round steels are welded to the bolts, and the pit is rinsed with water and grouted, and then solidified Then tighten the bolts.
3. Center deviation
When the bolt diameter is less than 30mm and the center deviation is within 10-30mm, burn the bolt red with an oxyacetylene flame, bend it with a sledgehammer, and reinforce it with a welded steel plate to prevent the bolt from restoring when it is tightened. When the bolt diameter is greater than 30mm and the deviation is large, the bolt can be cut off and a steel plate welded in the middle of the bolt. If the bolt strength is not enough, two steel plates can be welded on both sides of the bolt for reinforcement. The length of the reinforced steel plate should be 3-4 times the bolt diameter.
