According to the difference in the force of the facility, the size of the equipment and the operating conditions, the selected anchor bolts are also different. Commonly used anchor bolts are mainly divided into embedded, snapped and movable anchor bolts according to the fastening method.
1. Embedded anchor bolts
Embedded type anchor bolts are irrigated into the concrete foundation once or twice, mainly including hook type, claw type and anchor plate type. Claw type anchor bolts have good adhesion and are often used for fastening large and medium-sized equipment. The anchor plate type has the best adhesion and positioning straight type, which is suitable for the fastening of large and heavy equipment with impact.
2. Snap-attach anchor bolts
In the process of equipment tightening, the upper body bite bolt, its vertebral head is called the expansion tube, and the strong bite force is anchored on the concrete wall, so it is also called the expansion anchor bolt. Use the more widespread one.
3. Movable anchor bolts
The biggest advantage of movable anchor bolts is that they don't need to irrigate concrete during installation and are easy to disassemble. It is generally used on large and heavy equipment with impact such as mine hoists and forging equipment.
