The anchor bolts of the steel structure use an independent bracket system and a shaping mold to position the embedded bolts. After accurate adjustment and correction using theodolite or total station, the concrete cap is poured at one time to achieve the accuracy of the embedded position.
The characteristics of the process are:
(1) Since the pre-embedded bolts are fixed by the steel plate of the shaped mold, the relative orientation of the bolts in the bolt group is kept accurate.
(2) Use an independent bracket system and pre-embedded bolts in a shaped mold. The bolts have fine adjustment, high construction operation accuracy and small overall deviation.
(3) Make full use of the Φ48mm steel pipe scaffolding rod and fastener turnover data commonly used in erecting scaffolding, which has strong versatility and low cost, which can save a lot of engineering investment.
(4) The construction process is simple and convenient, and the operator is easy to master.
